UTOG is a leading provider of black car services in New York and the tri-state area. The company offers its clients the latest in smartphone booking technology through the UTOG mobile application.

The key features of the UTOG black car application include:

 <li>Book a reservation in as few as 3 clicks</li>
 <li>Get a fare estimate by entering both pickup and destination addresses</li>
 <li>Receive a confirmation number for your reservation immediately on booking</li>
 <li>Receive notifications, including the vehicle number, once your reservation has been dispatched</li>
 <li>Monitor the progress of your vehicle on a map</li>
 <li>Create a list of favorite addresses and assign a custom name for each</li>
 <li>Specify the number of passengers, vehicle type, and preferred payment method</li>
 <li>Review all reservations you have made</li>
 <li>Provide feedback related to the application and/or service you received</li>
 <li>Call UTOG with the push of a button</li>

To start using the UTOG black car application:
<ol>
 <li>Download the free app</li>
 <li>Create a profile (User Name, Name, Phone #, and Password)</li>
 <li>Login to the app (User Name & Password)</li>
 <li>Enter your pickup address</li>
 <li>Enter your destination address to get an estimated fare amount</li>
 <li>Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or scheduled for a future time/date)</li>
</ol>

Upon booking a reservation, you will receive a confirmation number immediately and updates when your vehicle is assigned. You can then track your vehicle's progress towards your pickup location.

The UTOG application stores a history of your previous reservations for expense management and easy re-booking of trips.

You can tailor your orders by selecting passenger count, preferred vehicle type, and payment method. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.
